Members of our board of directors volunteer their time to manage The Sequoia Awards. There is no paid staff, allowing 100% of your donation to go towards the scholarships, awards celebration, and minimal overhead costs.
Your support will help deserving local students with the increasing cost of higher education. For many, you can make the dream of a college degree attainable.
All sponsors and donors are recognized on our website, in our event materials, and at the annual awards dinner.
Financial Contribution
Individual donations from members of the community are an important part of our funding. We are grateful for donations of any amount. You can send a donation immediately online.
In-Kind Assistance
We rely on local businesses to provide goods and services that help us defray costs such as accounting, printing, flowers, video, photography, and more. Please contact us if you are able to help.
There are three levels of sponsorship:
Platinum
Your donation of $9,000 will provide a $7,500 scholarship to a local student to further their education. You will receive four tickets to the Annual Awards Dinner where you will share the special evening with the student and their family.
Gold
Full Scholarship
Your donation of $6,750 will provide a $5,000 scholarship to a local student to further their education. You will receive four tickets to the Annual Awards Dinner where you will share the special evening with the student and their family.
Silver
Half Scholarship
Your donation of $3,375 will partially fund a scholarship for a local student to further their education. You will receive two tickets to the Annual Awards Dinner where you will share the special evening with the student and their family.
